Instructions
Posters should be mounted on the designated poster board in the poster area on Sunday May 28th and dismounted on Wednesday May 31st. Posters will be displayed in portrait format (NOT landscape). The maximum size is 90 X 120 cm. Conference staff will provide materials for fixing posters to boards. Presenters should be available for questions and discussion near their poster during the coffee and lunch breaks as much as possible.
Poster Walks
Moderated poster walks will be scheduled during the extended lunch breaks on Monday and Tuesday. Each poster will be featured in a poster walk among 12 posters with a similar theme. Each presenter will have 2 minutes to pitch his/her poster and 3 minutes for questions from the audience. The poster walk schedule will be indicated in the conference program.
Poster Awards
There will be a 1st, 2nd and 3rd prize consisting of a certificate and € 1500, € 1000 and € 500, respectively. Criteria are: How well designed is the poster? Is it easy to understand the poster’s message? How important is the message to advancing the field of research integrity? Poster awards will be announced during the conference dinner on Tuesday evening.
