The Second World Conference is being hosted in Singapore by the country’s leading research performing organisations, namely: the Nanyang Technological University (NTU), the National University of Singapore (NUS), the Singapore Management University (SMU) and the Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR), with the backing of the Ministry of Education (MoE)and the National Research Foundation (NRF).

The Singapore Tourism Board has also provided a supporting grant for the event.

To date, additional support has been secured from the European Science Foundation, the US Office of Research Integrity, the Committee on Publication Ethics, the US National Science Foundation and the European Molecular Biology Organisation. In addition, the Conference is supported by the Japan Society for the Promotion of Science, the International Council for Science, the European Forum for Good Clinical Practice, the China Association for Science and Technology, American Association for the Advancement of Science, European Cooperation in Science and Technology, Research Councils UK ,Center for Good Research Practice, Korea, National Research Foundation, South Africa, Australasian Research Management Society, National Science Council, Taiwan, King Abdullah University of Science & Technology and Thomson Reuters in respect of attendance by researchers and associates. Other funders are currently being approached. World Scientific Publishing will be the official publisher for the Conference proceedings.
